Notwithstanding the foregoing, either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent the actual or threatened infringement, misappropriation, or violation of intellectual property rights.

14. Governing Law

These Terms and any Disputes will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. To the extent that arbitration does not apply, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in New Castle County, Delaware.

15.2 Severability
